Requirements
To be considered for a position at Windham Manufacturing, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in machining or a related field, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience working with a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, alloys, plastics, and other exotic materials.
Ability to operate across multiple areas, including mills, lathes, and reverse engineering, with familiarity in precision measuring and inspection processes.
Comfortable working with modern machining technology, CAD/CAM software, and evolving production systems.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, with overtime opportunities
- Day shift operation only
